Leading by earned influence over role power
Everyday, I strive to bring my authentic self to work and I encourage those on my team to do the same. Fully understanding each other’s needs, values and drivers can be really impactful when working together.
in that spirit, here’s a little bit about me–
a Myers-Briggs ENFJ
ENFJ (the Protagonist) is a personality type with the Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging traits. These warm, forthright types love helping others, and they tend to have strong ideas and values. They back their perspective with the creative energy to achieve their goals. Protagonists are inspiring optimists, readily taking action to do what they feel is right. These warm, forthright types love helping others and have the creative energy to achieve their goals.
CliftonStrengths Assessment
My CliftonStrengths are empathy, harmony, discipline, responsibility, and arranger–
Those with the Empathy theme can sense the feelings of other people by imagining themselves in others’ lives or others’ situations.
Those with in the Harmony theme look for consensus. They don’t enjoy conflict; rather, they seek areas of agreement.
Those with the Discipline theme enjoy routine and structure. Their world is best described by the order they create.
Those with the Responsibility theme take psychological ownership of what they say they will do. They are committed to stable values such as honesty and loyalty.
Those with the Arranger theme can organize, but they also have a flexibility that complements this ability. They like to figure out how all of the pieces and resources can be arranged for maximum productivity.
Outside of Work
I am a person who enjoys taking on new projects and gaining new experiences, whether it's in my personal or professional life. As a retired classically trained ballet dancer, it's ingrained in me to constantly push myself to think outside the box and explore new opportunities. In my free time, you'll often find me stretching my imagination (and body!), performing on stage in various local theater productions, pursuing steady growth at Crossfit, or traveling the world with my husband to discover new places and cultures.
